The fool who knows that he is a fool can for that reason be a wise man; but the fool who thinks that he is wise is, indeed, called a fool.

လူမိုက္ျဖစ္ေစကာမူ မိမိမိုက္ေၾကာင္း သိသူသည္ ယင္းသို႔အျဖစ္မွန္ကို သိျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ပညာရွိႏွင့္တူသူ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္၏။ လူမိုက္ျဖစ္လ်က္ မိမိကိုယ္မိမိ ပညာရွိ ထင္ေနသူကိုမူ မိမိမိုက္ေၾကာင္း နားမလည္ေသာေၾကာင့္ တကယ့္ ပညာမဲ့ လူမိုက္ဟု ဆိုသင့္၏။

ေနာင္တခ်ိန္တြင္ စၾကဝဠာတခုလံုး ကိုးကြယ္ၾကသည့္ ဘာသာတရားတခု ျဖစ္ေပၚလာလိမ့္မည္။ ထုိဘာသာတရားသည္ တယူသန္ဝါဒ၊ တရားေသဝါဒမ်ားကိုလည္း ေရွာင္လႊဲႏိုင္လိမ့္မည္။ သဘာဝတရားႏွင့္ ဘာသာတရားႏွစ္ခုလံုးကို လႊမ္းျခံဳမိသည့္ ဤဘာသာတရားသည္ ရုပ္နာမ္တရားကို ကိုယ္ေတြ႕ခံစားသိျမင္မႈႏွင့္ အဓိပၸာယ္ျပည့္ဝသည့္ ေပါင္းစည္းညီညြတ္မႈေပၚမွာ အေျခခံလိမ့္မည္။ ဤအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ဗုဒၶဘာသာက အေျဖထုတ္ေပးလိမ့္မည္။ အကယ္၍သာ ေခတ္သစ္ သိပၸံနည္းက် လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို အေျဖထုတ္ေပးႏိုင္မည့္ ဘာသာတရားတခုသာ ရွိလာမည္ဆိုလွ်င္ ထုိဘာသာတရားသည္ ဗုဒၶဘာသာပဲ ျဖစ္လိမ့္မည္။

It should transcend a personal God and avoid dogmas and theology. Covering both natural and spiritual, it should be based on a religious sense arising from the experience of all things, natural and spiritual and a meaningful unity. Buddhism answers this description. If there is any religion that would cope with modern scientific needs, it would be Buddhism."
